I needed a portrait of some kind to send to the school I wish to attend in Germany. My thought was perhaps it would be better to take a family portrait as I hate pictures only of myself. Over the weekend at home we sat down all family like and focused our attention on taking one good picture. This proved more difficult than I had thought.
Step 1: take practice shot of family in natural state
Step 2: receive questioning glances from my mother and brother as my father continues to sleep
Step 3: join in on the fun as my brother excitedly proclaims “good will towards men” and my father continues to sleep
Step 4: something has woken my father up and at the same time scared my brother
Step 5: everything’s almost normal except my brother suddenly has scoliosis
Step 6: the final arrangement, my brother has been healed and my father is now paying a bit more attention since mother’s a bit closer….
